Sarah is an excellent drummer and a consummate professional. When we first started working together she came prepared with a studied knowledge of my music from previous recordings, and a flexibility to change things up on the fly and play. She is great at pulling the best out of my performances, and is organized, passionate about her sound and technique, and a total powerhouse of a performer live and in the studio. She is also the best producer I have ever had, with an uncanny ability to understand what I’m looking for in a song just from a scratch recording and a conversation. She’s great at pulling references, flexing between a range of styles, and arranging parts not just for drums but across the whole sound. She is also a talented multi instrumentalist and has always added layers of complexity and clarity (if that’s even possible) to my songs and arrangements. My music live and recorded is better for her contributions, I truly couldn’t recommend her enough.

Sarah radiates love - which is energy. Sarah is authentic. Sarah is real. When you ask Sarah to get involved with your project, she’s not just a jobber. She embodies that project.
